2. Concerns: I want to correct my thick, ‘sausage-like’ double eyelids and asymmetry. I also want to address the sunken appearance of my upper eyelids.

1. History: Bridge filler (+) to hide a dorsal hump

2. Concerns: I want to correct the hump and my long, drooping, bulbous nose tip.

1. The primary concerns are weak eye-opening strength and double eyelids that fold thickly like ‘sausages’.

2. Since there is a lack of excess skin, we planned to lower the line using the ‘skin-folding’ (du-jul-tta-gi) technique to correct the sausage appearance. We also planned to improve eye-opening strength with ptosis correction to create a clear, defined look.

3. The sunken upper eyelids were planned to be addressed through fat repositioning.

# Nose

1. The biggest stress was that the long, drooping nose tip made the face look longer and older than her actual age.

2. Since the distance between her eyes is narrow, we decided to choose an implant very carefully to ensure a natural look (preventing the eyes from appearing too close together).

3. The plan was to create a shorter nose than the current one, with an ideal nasolabial angle that doesn’t look too upturned.

4. I want to correct the bulbous tip, but I don’t want it to be too sharp! I think noses like Shin Se-kyung or Go Youn-jung are so beautiful~~

# By correcting the sausage eyelids and performing ptosis correction, a clear and refreshing line was achieved.

# Through the skin-folding technique, we strived to create eyes as natural as they were before any surgery was ever performed.

# The patient was most concerned about left-right asymmetry and wanted an ‘in-out’ line. We worked hard to create the most natural symmetry possible!

# Nose

1. In the post-operative progress, a natural yet sleek nose tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure (as requested).

2. As the nasolabial angle was improved, the line connecting the nose to the philtrum became more sophisticated and beautiful.

3. The wide alar became slimmer, and the added dimension to the previously flat-looking face created a more youthful effect, which the patient was very satisfied with.
