LipoSound Liposuction (Jawline & Double Chin) and Lip Fillers
A case study of a female patient in her 20s who achieved a sharp jawline and voluminous lips using LipoSound ultrasound liposuction and fillers.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Stubborn facial fat and jawline that remained despite consistent dieting
# Thin lip volume
* Consultation
# By using ultrasound, subcutaneous fat can be broken down into fine particles. (Think of it as turning ‘orange pulp’ into ‘orange juice.’) This allows the fat to be extracted easily through tiny holes, making it possible to remove fat very effectively using only a small cannula.
# If you are curious about how liposuction is performed at VIBE Plastic Surgery, please watch the video below first ^^
* Plan
# LipoSound Liposuction (Double Chin & Jawline)
# Lip Fillers

* Post-operative Progress
# The blunt, heavy look has disappeared thanks to the jawline and double chin liposuction!

The Principle of LipoSound
# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Because it liquefies fat particles—like turning orange pulp into juice—it offers several benefits:
1. It is much smoother – fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Therefore, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, bio-bonds (post-operative adhesions) are also significantly reduced. 2. Since the ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, you can achieve additional skin elasticity and lifting effects. (As you may know, devices like Ulthera, Shurink, and Doublo Gold all operate on ultrasound principles.)
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
