LipoSound Liposuction
A case study of a woman in her 30s who achieved a defined jawline using LipoSound ultrasound liposuction to remove stubborn double chin fat.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Stubborn double chin fat that persists despite consistent dieting
* Consultation
# Using ultrasound, we can break down subcutaneous fat into fine particles. (Think of it as turning orange pulp into liquid orange juice.) This allows the fat to be expressed through tiny openings or removed using a very small cannula, making the extraction highly effective.

* Plan
# Ultrasound Liposuction (Double Chin & Jawline)

* Post-operative Progress
# The heavy, dull appearance has vanished thanks to jawline and double chin liposuction!

The Principle of LipoSound
# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles, which are typically like orange pulp, into a juice-like state.
1. Much smoother ~ Fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Consequently, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. This also significantly reduces ‘bio-bonds’ (post-operative adhesions).
2. Since ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, providing additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.
# About two weeks after surgery, you may experience discomfort as bio-bonds begin to form. During this time, warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide softening injections during the one-month follow-up if needed!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
