Achieving a Youthful Look with Hump and Long Nose Correction plus Fat Grafting :)
A case study of a teenage patient who achieved a more youthful, three-dimensional face through rhinoplasty (hump and long nose correction) and full-face fat grafting.

* Basic Information
# Female in her late teens
# Unevenness caused by a low, drooping nasal tip and a dorsal hump
# Flat facial profile due to lack of volume
* Consultation
# The patient’s biggest stress was that her face lacked dimension because the tip of her nose was low and droopy. We planned to create an ideal nasolabial angle at the tip while performing bulbous nose correction.
# We also decided to address the unevenness of the bridge caused by the dorsal hump.
# Her forehead was uneven and the overall lack of facial volume made her face appear longer. To overcome these drawbacks, we planned a full-face fat grafting procedure together with the rhinoplasty.
* Surgical Plan
# Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- Silicone implant
# Nasal Tip Surgery
- Bulbous nose correction
- Long nose correction
# Full-face Fat Grafting

* Post-operative Progress
1. In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp nasal tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, exactly as the patient requested.
2. By shortening the long, drooping tip, a much more youthful facial shape was completed ^^
3. The wide bridge became narrower and higher, drawing focus to the center of the face. This added dimension to a previously flat profile, creating an effect where the face looks smaller, which the patient was very satisfied with.
4. Creating volume across the entire face through full-face fat grafting allows for a much more natural and ideal facial contour and nose line.
