No-Implant Rhinoplasty (Foreign Body Removal, Bulbous Nose & Columella Correction)
A case study of a 20s female achieving a refined, natural look through no-implant rhinoplasty, foreign body removal, and bulbous nose correction.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Previously received Hiko (thread lift) & nose fillers (+), but the bridge appeared wide and the results were ineffective.
# Bulbous and drooping nasal tip
* Consultation
1. The patient mentioned receiving Hiko and nose fillers several years ago. However, she was dissatisfied because the bridge looked wide and the nasal tip showed no improvement.
2. The nose appeared large and bulbous, with a drooping tip.
3. She desired a slimmer, sharper, and more sophisticated look than her current state. We also planned to correct the nasolabial angle through columella surgery.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- No-implant
- Foreign body removal
- Osteotomy
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft
- Columella surgery: Nasolabial angle improvement
- Bulbous nose correction

* Post-operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a natural yet sharp nasal tip.
2. Before surgery, the retracted columella made the nose look long and bulbous. By improving the nasolabial angle through surgery, the line connecting the nose to the philtrum has become more sophisticated and beautiful.
3. Correcting the bulbous nose resulted in a feminine and refined look, which was very satisfying. ^^
4. If the bridge is already sufficiently high, a natural nasal line can be achieved without using implants!!
