• Utilizing only Septal Cartilage – Since the patient’s septal cartilage was sufficiently developed, the basic axis of the nose was completed using only the septum without using ear or rib cartilage. To improve the unevenness of the bridge, dermis (Megaderm) was used for a smooth finish.
