A case study of a 20-year-old female patient who underwent bulbous nose correction and bridge augmentation using silicone implants and septal cartilage.

# Low nasal bridge and blunt, bulbous nose tip
* Consultation
# The patient desired improvement because her nasal bridge was low and the tip of her nose appeared blunt.
# In the pre-operative CT scan, the nasal septum was straight and of sufficient size. Therefore, it was decided to raise the nose tip using a septal extension graft and heighten the bridge using a silicone implant.
