Bulbous Nose Rhinoplasty
A case study of a 20-year-old female patient who underwent rhinoplasty to correct a low, bumpy nasal bridge with a hump and a blunt, bulbous nose tip.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Low nasal bridge with an uneven surface due to a hump
# Blunt, bulbous nose tip
* Consultation
# The nasal bridge was low and appeared uneven due to a dorsal hump.
# The patient desired improvement for her blunt nose tip.
# Pre-operative CT scans showed a straight septum of sufficient size. We decided to elevate the tip using a septal extension graft and raise the bridge using a silicone implant.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty for the bridge (Hump correction, silicone implant, osteotomy)
# Rhinoplasty for the tip (Bulbous nose correction, septal extension graft)

* Post-operative Progress
# We achieved an ideal nasal tip angle using septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
# With the bulbous nose corrected, her overall impression has become much more sophisticated!
