Partial Incision Ptosis Correction ‘Revision Surgery’ for Symmetrical and Defined Lines :D
A case study of a 20-year-old female who achieved symmetrical and clear eyes through partial incision ptosis revision and epicanthoplasty.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Previously underwent partial incision double eyelid surgery, but the eyes look sleepy and asymmetrical.
# Requirements: The asymmetry between the left and right eyes is the biggest stressor. I also want to improve the feeling that my eyes are not opening fully~
* Consultation
# We decided to improve the sleepy appearance and the asymmetry.
# Although the patient is aware that the space between the eyebrows and eyes is narrow and looks puffy, I fully explained that it is difficult to improve this through eye surgery alone this time. I additionally explained that a brighter impression could be achieved in the future through an endoscopic forehead lift.
# We planned to create natural lines that suit the face without being excessive.
# Regarding the inner corners of the eyes looking slightly stuffy and blocked, she also decided to proceed with epicanthoplasty.
* Plan
# Partial Incision Ptosis Correction (Revision Surgery)
# Epicanthoplasty

* Post-operative Progress
# A natural and clear impression has been completed.
# I thought there might be limits to the correction because the asymmetry was severe, but it was a satisfying case where the correction turned out better than I expected.
# In cases where the gap between the eyebrows and eyes is narrow and the skin is thick, it is difficult to improve with eye surgery alone. Please keep in mind that a forehead lift helps a lot ^^
Consultation and surgery should be performed by a plastic surgery specialist!
