# We used osteotomy and an implant to raise the bridge, creating a slim and sophisticated look.

# To correct the aged impression caused by a long, drooping tip, we used autologous cartilage to create a well-defined, upright nasal tip.

# As the nose became more defined, the overall facial profile transformed into a masculine yet refined look. This was a highly satisfying case as it improved both aesthetic appearance and functional rhinitis issues.
