Principles of Liposound
# ‘Liposound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles—similar to orange pulp—into a juice-like state.
1. It is much smoother — fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned through a very small cannula. Consequently, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. It also significantly reduces ‘bio-bonds’ (post-surgical adhesions). 2. Since ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, it provides additional skin elasticity and lifting effects.
