1. In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp nose tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, exactly as the patient requested.
2. By using the septum to support the columella, the nasolabial angle was improved, making the line connecting the nose to the philtrum look more sophisticated and beautiful.
3. The wide bridge became narrower and more defined, drawing attention to the center of the face. This added dimension to a previously flat-looking face, creating an effect where the face appears smaller, which the patient was very satisfied with.
