A case study of a teenage patient achieving natural in-out double eyelids through natural adhesion and epicanthoplasty.

- Teenage female
- Eye-opening strength: Good
- Skin thickness: Moderate
- Epicanthal fold and lacrimal caruncle: Slightly closed and stuffy appearance
- Requirements: Natural in-out line double eyelids
* Consultation
- Since the eye-opening strength was not bad, ptosis correction was not recommended. Considering the skin thickness and sagging, it was determined that natural adhesion alone would be sufficient!
- We also decided to address the closed epicanthal fold through epicanthoplasty!

# Using double eyelid tape causes the skin to stretch and creates fine wrinkles. Long-term use can lead to poor results, such as the skin becoming thick and deformed, so we highly recommend avoiding its use!!
