Incisional Ptosis Correction (3rd Revision Surgery)
A case study of a male patient in his 20s undergoing a 3rd revision for incisional ptosis correction to fix asymmetry and achieve a natural inner double eyelid look.

* Basic Information
# Male in his 20s
# Eye-opening strength: Weak
# Skin thickness: Moderate
# Primary complaints & goals: Despite undergoing incisional ptosis correction twice, there is a significant difference in eye size between the left and right, and opening the eyes remains uncomfortable. For this revision, the patient wants the double eyelid line to be visible as a thin inner fold and for the eyes to appear larger.
* Consultation
# Although the patient had two previous ptosis corrections, the correction was insufficient, resulting in asymmetrical eyes.
# The patient also wanted to address the thick double eyelid lines caused by the previous folds being set too high.
# While many men prefer a ‘monolid’ or ‘hidden fold’ look, there are also many cases like this patient where a thin, visible inner double eyelid is desired to achieve larger-looking eyes and a softer impression.
* Plan
# Incisional Ptosis Correction (3rd Revision Surgery)

* Post-operative Progress
# Do the eyes look significantly larger and clearer compared to before the surgery?
# We lowered the previously high lines to create a natural inner double eyelid.
# The patient was very satisfied with the clear and defined eye shape. :)
