Achieve Natural Youthfulness with Middle-Aged Eye Surgery!
A case study of a woman in her 40s who achieved a refreshed, youthful look through sub-brow lift, non-incisional ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 40s
# Medical History: No specific issues
# Current Status
- Skin is thin with significant sagging
- Weak eyelid opening strength and puffy upper eyelids
* Consultation
# The patient has significant sagging of the upper eyelid skin and weak eyelid opening strength.
# Caution is required because performing ‘Upper Blepharoplasty alone’ (a method of removing sagging skin while creating a double eyelid) can make the puffiness of the eyelids more prominent and result in a tacky or harsh-looking double eyelid.
# We plan to lift the sagging skin from beneath the eyebrows and improve the eyelid opening strength through non-incisional ptosis correction.
# Since the Mongolian fold made the eyes look stuffy, an epicanthoplasty was also planned.
* Surgical Plan
# Sub-brow Lift
# Non-incisional Ptosis Correction
# Epicanthoplasty

* Surgical Process and Progress
# Sub-brow Lift
- Efforts were made to resolve the skin sagging as much as possible.
- It is important not just to excise the skin, but to perform periosteal fixation to prevent re-sagging and ensure long-lasting results.
# Non-incisional Ptosis Correction
- By not only creating a double eyelid line but also improving the eyelid opening strength, the patient now has a much clearer and more defined gaze.
# Overall, the eyelids look light and refreshed, and I am very satisfied as the patient seems to have rejuvenated very naturally ^^
