1. Implants are not highly recommended these days due to issues such as infection, inflammation, scarring, and reduced sensation.

2. Fillers have the advantage of not requiring fat harvesting or over-correction, but they have a limited lifespan and may diminish over time. Also, in some cases, they can leave a lumpy appearance.

3. Since fat grafting involves some absorption, we over-correct slightly to achieve the desired effect. Consequently, bruising and swelling may be more pronounced immediately after surgery. However, the advantage is that the engrafted autologous fat lasts semi-permanently without major issues. An additional benefit is that fat grafting can result in a more radiant and brighter skin tone, leading to excellent results :)
