# Due to her low bridge, she had tried fillers, but the filler spread out, making the bridge too thick and giving her a strong ‘Avatar-like’ appearance, which was a major concern.

# By improving the low bridge and short tip, the overall line has become much more sophisticated.

# This was a satisfying case where the nose was raised glamorously without showing too much of the nostrils, refining the entire facial profile. Notably, as the nose became higher, the midface gained volume, which also made the mouth protrusion appear corrected!

My bridge and tip were so low that I used to get fillers, but the tip didn’t improve at all and only the bridge got wider, giving me that ‘Avatar nose’ look. That’s why I decided to have surgery ㅠㅠ! I had consultations at four different places, but because my nose was so small and low, when I showed them photos of the style I wanted, they all said ‘this kind of nose is difficult’ or ‘do you really think your nose can look like this?’. I was getting discouraged until I met Dr. Young-moon Yoo. He confidently told me that the line I wanted was definitely possible and that he could raise the height as much as possible. His confidence is why I chose VIBE Plastic Surgery. I used silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage/septum for the tip. After surgery, breathing through my mouth because of the packing and some pain for the first 2-3 days (maybe because of the septal work) was a bit tough, but I loved that there was almost no swelling! Now that a month has passed, the swelling has gone down and the nose has settled naturally. I’m so happy with it. I wanted a glamorous look, so I kept asking to ‘make it as high as possible’ right until the surgery started, and it actually turned out higher than I expected. I’m 100% satisfied!! My friends all say it turned out great and looks beautiful. It came out in the exact semi-curved line I wanted, so I’m very happy.
