The Principle of LipoSound

# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Since it liquefies fat particles—turning ‘orange pulp’ into ‘juice’—it offers several advantages:

1. It is much smoother. Fat can be squeezed out like water without applying significant force, and it can be suctioned through a very small cannula. This results in less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, ‘bio-bonds’ (post-operative adhesions) are also significantly reduced. 2. Because ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can achieve additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.

# Bio-bonds may form starting about two weeks after surgery, which can feel uncomfortable. In such cases, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide injections to help soften these bonds during your one-month follow-up appointment!
