Today, I would like to introduce a case where a patient was dissatisfied after a previous no-implant rhinoplasty and achieved improvement through revision surgery.

✔ Challenges of No-Implant Rhinoplasty

No-implant rhinoplasty has the advantage of providing natural-looking results, but

The most important factor in no-implant rhinoplasty is

In this surgery:

✔ Ear cartilage was used to refine the detailed shape and stabilize the overall balance of the nose.

This process must be done correctly to maintain a nasal line that does not collapse over time.

The key to this case was ‘making the bumpy bridge line smooth.’

By precisely correcting the remaining hump and smoothing out the irregular lines, we achieved a naturally flowing bridge line. This is one of the most critical points in no-implant rhinoplasty.

✔ Improving the Long Nose – A ‘Jaryeo’ (Natural yet Glamorous) Tip Line

When a nose appears long, 👉 the angle and height of the nasal tip are extremely important.

In this surgery, we appropriately lifted the nasal tip and formed a sophisticated line that wasn’t excessive. This reduced the ‘long’ look and completed a natural yet refined ‘Jaryeo’ nasal line.
