Asymmetry Correction via Non-incisional Ptosis Correction, Epicanthoplasty, and Lateral/Lower Canthoplasty (Mango-Tuck)
A case study of a 20-year-old female patient who corrected asymmetrical, sleepy-looking eyes through non-incisional ptosis revision and Mango-Tuck canthoplasty.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# History of natural adhesion surgery several years ago (+)
# Primary Concerns and Desired Improvements
- Wants to improve loose eyelid lines and a sleepy appearance.
- The right eye is smaller, making the asymmetry very noticeable.
- Desires a longer horizontal eye width.
* Consultation
# Although she previously underwent non-incisional natural adhesion, the lines have become loose and her eyes look sleepy. She wants more defined lines through revision surgery.
# Her biggest stress factor is that her right eye is consistently smaller, causing significant asymmetry.
# We planned to achieve longer-looking eyes through canthoplasty.
* Surgical Plan
# Non-incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)
# Epicanthoplasty (Upper-cut)
# Mango-Tuck (Lateral and Lower Canthoplasty)

* Post-operative Progress
Symmetry was achieved by performing ptosis correction differently on each side. You can see that the right eye, which previously looked smaller, has become larger.
The epicanthoplasty released the Mongolian fold, and the lateral/lower canthoplasty extended the horizontal width, resulting in a much more refreshed and open appearance.
