Achieving Clear and Symmetrical Eyes with Endoscopic Forehead Lift & Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)!
A case study of a 20s female patient who corrected asymmetry and sunken eyelids through a combined endoscopic forehead lift and revision ptosis correction.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Medical History: Natural adhesion, epicanthoplasty
# The double eyelids unraveled shortly after the initial surgery. As they unraveled, multiple creases formed, and the asymmetry became severe.
* Consultation
# The left double eyelid has unraveled, creating multiple creases and making the left-right asymmetry very noticeable. We decided to align the symmetry through ptosis correction and improve the sunken upper eyelids through fat repositioning.
# The patient lifts her eyebrows significantly, to the point of creating forehead wrinkles, and the narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes creates a heavy, stuffy appearance. We planned an endoscopic forehead lift to achieve a more open and refreshed look.
# The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Harmony between these two areas is essential to achieve the ideal eye shape!
* Surgical Plan
# FIX-UP Ptosis Correction
- Endoscopic Forehead Lift
- Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
1. By securing space between the eyebrows and eyes through the forehead lift, a clean and refreshed double eyelid line was created.
2. Sunken eyelids and asymmetry were resolved simultaneously through ptosis correction combined with fat repositioning.
3. A beautiful forehead is a bonus! The previously uneven forehead has also improved with a smooth, voluminous appearance.
