3rd Incisional Ptosis Correction Revision Surgery
A case study of a 20-year-old female undergoing her third eyelid revision using incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty to fix asymmetry and loose folds.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Medical History: Natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty
# Current Status & Requirements: The right double eyelid line has become loose, causing asymmetry. The patient desires a clear and defined double eyelid line.
* Consultation
# Although she had undergone double eyelid surgery twice before, the lines had unraveled and become loose.
# The muscle strength for opening the right eye, where the fold had unraveled, was weak. When eye-opening strength is weak, folds tend to loosen easily. We decided to improve the asymmetry through ptosis correction.
# Since she wanted a refreshing ‘in-out’ line, we planned to create a vivid line through incisional ptosis correction revision surgery.
# The epicanthoplasty area also appeared somewhat closed off, so we planned to perform a revision epicanthoplasty for a more open look.
* Surgical Plan
# Incisional Ptosis Correction (3rd Revision)
# Epicanthoplasty Revision

* Post-operative Progress
# A clear ‘in-out’ line that is visible from the inner corner has been achieved.
# Not only the eyes but the overall impression looks much sharper, and the patient is very satisfied :)
