Real Story 10: Correcting a Long, Bulbous Tip and Nasolabial Angle
A 30-year-old woman achieves a refined, youthful look through rhinoplasty to correct a long, drooping nose tip and a retracted columella.

* Patient Profile
# Female in her 30s
# Previously tried nose fillers but was unsatisfied with the results.
# Primary Concerns: A long, drooping, and bulbous nose tip. The tip appears even more saggy due to a recessed nasolabial angle.
* Consultation
# Her biggest stress factor was the long, drooping nose tip, which made her look older than her actual age.
# She also wanted to address the bulbous appearance of the tip.
# Specifically, we planned to improve the retracted columella (columellar extension/plasty) to correct the nasolabial angle.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft
- Columellar extension/plasty: Nasolabial angle improvement
- Bulbous nose correction

* Post-operative Progress
1. A natural yet sharp and defined nose tip was achieved after surgery.
2. Before surgery, the drooping tip made the columella look retracted. By extending the columella through surgery, the nasolabial angle was restored, making the line connecting the nose to the philtrum much more sophisticated and beautiful.

3. Correcting the long, bulbous nose resulted in a sophisticated nasal profile, which was very satisfying. :)
