Real Story 4: Eye Revision, Rhinoplasty, and Facial Contouring

# Medical History: 2-3 previous incisional double eyelid surgeries, multiple nose filler treatments

* Diagnosis of Current Condition

# Eyes

1. Despite undergoing 2-3 incisional double eyelid surgeries, she is still distressed by significant asymmetry. While perfect symmetry is impossible, we decided to create the most balanced lines possible.

# Nose

1. The bridge of the nose is bumpy due to a dorsal hump combined with clumps of filler remaining from several previous procedures.

2. Although she received filler-dissolving injections at our clinic a week before surgery, lumps are still palpable. Filler residue that has remained like calcification must be visually identified and removed during surgery.

3. The plan is to refine the nasal tip using autologous cartilage while smoothing the hump and using a silicone implant for the bridge.

# Face Shape

1. Despite consistent dieting for several months after rapid weight gain, stubborn facial fat and a heavy jawline make the face appear blunt and heavy.

2. We planned to create a fresh, light facial appearance through buccal fat removal and ultrasonic double chin liposuction.

3. Since her skin is sagging and lacks elasticity for her age, a thread lift using Silhouette Soft was also planned.

1. Through incisional ptosis correction revision, we achieved the most symmetrical and light-looking eyes possible.

2. Filler clumps had formed capsules under the skin. These were visually confirmed and cleanly removed.

3. After smoothing the hump, an implant was used to create a natural line. Now that the bridge is refined, the nose looks much more natural and clean.

4. The heavy, blunt look disappeared with buccal fat removal and double chin liposuction! How does the jawline look to you? It has transformed from a round ‘U-shape’ to a very sharp ‘V-line’, and the face itself looks much smaller, doesn’t it?

5. Even with the same type of thread, the results can be completely different depending on the design and the vector of insertion.
