Real Story 8 (3rd Rhinoplasty & Revision Blepharoplasty)
A case study of a 30s female undergoing a 3rd revision rhinoplasty to correct a drooping tip and revision blepharoplasty for asymmetrical, thin eyelids.
* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Medical History
- Eyes: Previous non-incisional blepharoplasty (+)
- Nose: Two previous rhinoplasties using silicone and ear cartilage several years ago
# Current Condition
- Eyes: Dissatisfied due to asymmetry and the lines being too thin.
- Nose: The nasal tip has gradually dropped, making the nose look long and increasingly deviated.

- Since there was almost no skin sagging and the eyelid-opening strength was good, we planned for the ‘Natural Adhesion’ method.
# Nose
- Despite having a revision after an initial surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, she was stressed because the drooping nasal tip made her look older than her actual age. She also felt the tip was gradually deviating.
- We planned to create a shorter nose compared to the current state, with an ideal nasolabial angle that doesn’t look too upturned.
- Since her nasal cartilage was not small and a glamorous line would suit her well, we decided to be a bit more ambitious with the height!

1. Eyes
# Double eyelids with clear lines starting from the inner corner have been achieved.
# Even in revision cases, if the skin thickness, sagging, and eyelid-lifting strength are appropriate, it can be resolved relatively easily with just the natural adhesion method.
2. Nose
# She had many concerns as this was her 3rd surgery.
# Fortunately, the glamorous and high bridge suits her very well! She was very satisfied as the lifted nasal tip also provided a more youthful appearance.
