Rhinoplasty for Men: Low Bridge & Hump Correction
A case study of a male patient in his 20s who underwent rhinoplasty to correct a low bridge and a bumpy nasal hump, resulting in a more masculine and refined profile.

* Basic Information
- Male in his 20s
- Low nasal bridge
- Bumpy nasal line due to a hump
- The brow bone (glabella) appeared overly prominent, making the profile look uneven
* Consultation
1. The patient was highly stressed by the uneven nasal line caused by the combination of a low bridge and a hump.
2. Because the bridge was quite low, the protrusion of the brow bone was emphasized, making the overall profile look bumpy.
3. We planned to create a masculine line using septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
4. Since the patient had a relatively long philtrum, we paid close attention to the angle of the tip to ensure it was not too short (preventing excessive nostril exposure).
* Surgical Plan
Bridge Rhinoplasty (Hump reduction, silicone implant)
Tip Rhinoplasty (Extension graft using septal cartilage + Onlay graft using ear cartilage)

* Post-Operative Progress
1. With a developed brow bone and a low bridge, the unevenness between the forehead and the bridge of the nose was severely highlighted.
2. By smoothing the hump and raising the bridge, we transformed the line into something much smoother yet sophisticated.
3. As the nose became higher, the overall facial line changed to look more masculine and refined, making this a very satisfying case. ^^
