Rhinoplasty for Men with a Low Bridge!
A case study of a male patient in his 30s who achieved a masculine, straight nasal profile through bridge augmentation and tip correction.

* Basic Information
# Male in his 30s
# Low and wide-looking nasal bridge
# Bulbous and drooping nasal tip
* Consultation
# Since the nasal tip was bulbous and drooping, we planned to create a masculine, straight nasal line.
# We also decided to correct the alar flare that became prominent when smiling.
* Surgical Plan
# Nasal Bridge Augmentation (Rhinoplasty)
# Nasal Tip Surgery (Septal extension graft, bulbous tip correction, columella correction)
# Non-incisional Alar Reduction

* Post-operative Progress
# The low nasal bridge was corrected using an implant to increase height.
# To improve the aged appearance caused by a drooping and long nasal tip, autologous cartilage was used to create a more defined tip. # Non-incisional alar reduction was performed to correct the spreading of the nostrils when smiling.
# This was a satisfying case where the overall facial line became more masculine and sophisticated as the nose height was improved.
