Low Nose, Bulbous Nose, and Long Nose (feat. Fat Grafting)
A case study of a 30s female patient who achieved a youthful, vibrant look through rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Low nasal bridge and drooping nasal tip
# Blunt appearance due to a bulbous nose
# Lack of forehead volume making the nose appear even longer
The lack of facial volume combined with a long nose created an impression that looked older than her actual age.
* Consultation
1. The patient was stressed by her low bridge and bulbous nasal tip.
2. Furthermore, the lack of volume across the entire face (especially the forehead) made the nose appear longer, resulting in an aged look.
3. Fortunately, the pre-operative CT scan showed that the size and straightness of the septal cartilage were sufficient, so we planned the surgery using autologous cartilage.
4. Simultaneously, we planned a full-face fat grafting procedure to create a vibrant facial line through added volume.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty - Bridge (Silicone implant)
# Rhinoplasty - Tip (Septal extension graft + Ear cartilage: Onlay graft)
# Full-face fat grafting

* Post-operative Progress
1. By adding volume to the entire face, the patient achieved a much more youthful and vibrant look. Previously, she was very stressed because she looked tired and older than her age.
2. Using the septal and ear cartilage, we adjusted the angle of the long nasal tip to achieve an ideal aesthetic angle.
3. It was a very satisfying case for me as well, seeing the patient regain her confidence through the surgery. ^^
With the facial volume and nose line restored, she looks much more energetic and beautiful! ^^
