1. In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp straight-semi-curved tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, exactly as requested.

2. The bridge was raised smoothly, drawing focus to the center of the face. This added three-dimensional depth to a previously flat appearance, creating a slimming effect on the face which the patient found very satisfying.
