Endoscopic Brow Lift, Non-incisional Ptosis Correction, and Lower Blepharoplasty
A case study of a female patient in her 60s who achieved a brighter, more youthful appearance through a combination of endoscopic brow lift, ptosis correction, and lower blepharoplasty.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 60s
# Narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes, causing a bulging and heavy appearance
# Bulging fat and wrinkles under the eyes
* Consultation
# The narrow space between the eyebrows and eyes made the patient look frustrated and sharp. Since the forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately, we decided to perform an endoscopic brow lift to resolve eyelid sagging and create a more open, refreshed impression.
# Due to weak eye-opening muscles, we planned to improve the eye-opening strength through ptosis correction.
# Bulging fat and wrinkles under the eyes were planned to be improved through lower blepharoplasty.
* Surgical Plan
# Fix-up Ptosis Correction
- Endoscopic Brow Lift
- Non-incisional Ptosis Correction
# Lower Blepharoplasty

* Post-operative Progress
1. By securing space between the eyebrows and eyes through the brow lift, the patient’s impression looks much brighter compared to before, and a clear double eyelid line was formed.
2. In the case of lower blepharoplasty, the orbicularis oculi muscle suspension must be firmly fixed to prevent complications such as ectropion or easy recurrence.
3. Natural results are the most important factor in anti-aging surgery. If the change in impression before and after surgery is too drastic, it can be burdensome and difficult to adjust to!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
