Achieving a Sophisticated Face Shape with Hump & Bulbous Nose Correction and Full-Face Fat Grafting
A case study of a 30s female patient who achieved a more three-dimensional and youthful look through rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting.

# The patient’s primary stress was a low and drooping nasal tip, which made her face look less three-dimensional than it actually was. We planned to create an ideal nasolabial angle at the tip along with bulbous nose correction.
# We also decided to address the unevenness of the nasal bridge caused by the hump.
# Her forehead was uneven and the overall lack of facial volume made her face appear longer. To overcome these drawbacks, a full-face fat grafting procedure was planned simultaneously.

1. In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp nasal tip was achieved without excessive nostril exposure, exactly as the patient requested.
2. As the nasolabial angle was improved, the line connecting the nose to the philtrum became more sophisticated and beautiful.
3. The wide nasal bridge became narrower and higher, drawing attention to the center of the face. This added dimension to a previously flat face, creating a slimming effect that the patient was very satisfied with.
4. By creating volume across the entire face through full-face fat grafting, a much more natural and ideal face shape and nose line were completed.
