VIBE LipoSound
A case study of a female patient in her 20s who achieved a defined jawline through LipoSound ultrasonic liposuction at VIBE Plastic Surgery.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Stubborn double chin fat that persists despite consistent dieting
* Consultation
# By using ultrasound, we can break down subcutaneous fat into fine particles. (Think of it as turning orange pulp into liquid orange juice.) Once liquefied, the fat can be squeezed out through small openings or removed using a very fine cannula, making the extraction highly effective.
# If you are curious about how liposuction is performed at VIBE Plastic Surgery, please watch the video below first ^^
* Plan
# Ultrasonic Liposuction (Double Chin & Jawline)

* Post-operative Progress
# The blunt, heavy look has disappeared thanks to the jawline and double chin liposuction!

The Principle of LipoSound
# You can think of ‘LipoSound’ as a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Because it liquefies fat particles—like turning orange pulp into juice—it offers several benefits:
1. It is much smoother – fat can be squeezed out like water without applying significant force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. This results in less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, there is also significantly less ‘Bio-bond’ (post-surgical adhesions). 2. Since ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can achieve additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.
# About two weeks after surgery, you may experience some discomfort as Bio-bonds begin to form. During this time, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide softening injections during the one-month follow-up if needed!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
