Bulbous Nose and Hump Nose Rhinoplasty
A case study of a 20s female patient who underwent hump correction and bulbous nose reduction to achieve a refined, straight-semi-curved profile.

1. The patient wanted to improve the uneven bridge line caused by the hump and the blunt appearance of her bulbous nose.
2. We planned to create a sharp ‘straight-semi-curved’ line using autologous cartilage. For the bridge, we decided to smooth the hump and increase height using a silicone implant.
