Natural ‘Effortless’ Tip Rhinoplasty!
A revision rhinoplasty case for a woman in her 30s focusing on mesh removal and correcting a drooping tip for a natural, refined look.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Medical History: Previous rhinoplasty using silicone and mesh several years ago (+)
# Concerns: While generally satisfied with the overall shape, the nasal tip has gradually started to droop and look elongated.
* Consultation
# The patient was satisfied with the overall shape after her previous surgery using silicone, mesh, and ear cartilage. However, she wanted to remove the mesh due to concerns about potential future inflammation. Simultaneously, she decided on surgery because she wanted the nasal tip to be slightly shorter and higher.
# We planned to create a shorter nose than the current state, but with an ideal nasolabial angle so that the nostrils do not appear too upturned.
* Surgical Plan
# Bridge Rhinoplasty
# Tip Rhinoplasty
- Mesh removal
- Long nose correction

* Post-operative Progress
1. The mesh plate that was reinforced in the columella area was removed. Fortunately, there were no signs of inflammation.
2. In the post-operative results, as requested, a straight-semi-basal line nasal tip was achieved, making the nose look naturally shorter without excessive nostril exposure.

Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
