# The advantage in such cases is that the issue can be sufficiently resolved using the patient’s own eyelid fat without necessarily requiring fat grafting!

# With the multiple folds resolved, a clear in-out double eyelid line has been achieved. When there is sufficient natural eyelid fat, repositioning alone can fix multiple folds without the need for fat grafting.
