# With the multiple folds resolved, a clear in-out double eyelid line visible from the inner corner has been achieved. If there is sufficient natural eyelid fat, multiple folds can be corrected through repositioning alone without the need for fat grafting.

# Once the multiple folds are resolved through fat repositioning, opening the eyes can feel much more comfortable!

# Incisional double eyelid surgery is an excellent method to create a sufficiently natural line without scarring while ensuring the fold does not come undone :)
