# Current Status & Requirements: The double eyelid lines have become loose and asymmetrical. The patient desires to create clear, defined eyelid lines.

# Although she had undergone double eyelid surgery in the past, the lines had become loose. Furthermore, the loosened lines were folding like ‘sausage’ lids whenever she opened and closed her eyes.

# We planned to create defined lines through incisional ptosis revision surgery.

# During surgery, we discovered that the internal sutures and scar tissue were quite severe. We removed and organized them as cleanly as possible before creating the new lines.

# By organizing the loose lines and correcting the asymmetry, a much more defined look was achieved.

# The patient is very satisfied as not only her eyes but her overall impression appears much cleaner and more polished :)
