The Principle of LipoSound
# You can think of ‘LipoSound’ as a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Because it liquefies fat particles—which are like orange pulp—into a juice-like state:
1. It is much smoother – fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned through a very small cannula. Therefore, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, ‘Bio-bond’ (post-operative adhesions) is also significantly reduced. 2. Since ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can achieve additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.
# Bio-bond may form starting about two weeks after surgery, which can feel uncomfortable. In such cases, warm compresses and stretching will help it resolve faster. Please note that we also provide ‘dissolving injections’ during the one-month follow-up if needed!
