# The patient wanted to refine the lines around the corners of her mouth and under the chin. The plan was to use ultrasound to smoothly organize localized fat deposits without creating irregularities.

# Using ultrasound allows for the breaking down of subcutaneous fat into fine particles. (Think of turning ‘orange pulp’ into ‘orange juice’.) This makes it possible to remove fat effectively through small incisions or even by squeezing it out, using only a small cannula.

# To prevent potential sagging after fat removal, we decided to perform a thread lift around the mouth and nasolabial areas simultaneously.
