# The patient desired improvement because the bridge was low and the tip of the nose appeared blunt (bulbous).
# Preoperative CT scans showed that the septal cartilage was straight and sufficient in size. Therefore, we decided to raise the nasal tip using a septal extension graft and augment the bridge using a silicone implant.
# Since raising the nasal tip alone would sufficiently improve the appearance of the wide alar (nostrils), we decided not to perform a separate alar reduction.
