- Removal of visible cartilage at the tip and reinforcement of skin thickness

- Correction of the flat columella to a more natural, rounded shape

- Changing the current overly straight profile to a ‘straight-semi-basal’ (S-line) profile

* Intraoperative Findings and Postoperative Progress

# Diced cartilage fragments were scattered and grafted everywhere under the skin. It took a considerable amount of time to remove them all.

# The biggest challenge in these cases is that the grafts are tightly adhered to the underside of the skin. Removing them can make the skin extremely thin, and there is even a risk of skin perforation if not careful. It is crucial to use dermis grafts or similar methods to address the thinned skin and ensure the surface appears as smooth as possible.

# I did my absolute best to eliminate the bumpiness, and fortunately, the result was very satisfying. Both the patient and I were very pleased with the outcome!
